Well the challenge was set good and proper for me this time, super tiny snowflakes inside of an ornament frame, there is a die that is similar but it can't be traced, so this is my version of making one with a basic ornament shape and an inset shadow, joined, and some generic run of the mill kind of snowflakes from google traced with some circles added in.... voila :) I have cut this out with my Phoenix Silver Bullet electronic cutter at a size of 2.5 inches in height.
You can grab the SVG file from HERE.
Cheers xo

I have made this cute little Trick or Treat Card, I have used White Cardstock for the base card, then I have cut the Mummy out off the Black Cardstock, popped an orange cardstock frame around the whole lot, Trick or Treat title cut out in black and mounted on orange cardstock and popped up for a bit of dimension, and added the little spider web to the top corner! I love this Mummy, always makes me smile, so I thought I'd share the SVG file for this project HERE for you all.

Borders.....
I am an absolute sucker for Borders!!! Yup .... borders, love them, love the look of them, love the shapes, love the colours and patterns you can fill them with, just brilliant.
Anyhoo, I created these 2 Borders recently for a page for a friend and I seriously love the heck out off them, so I thought I'd share.
The papers used come from Echo Park Happy Halloween (Hybrids) from Jessica Sprague dot com.
You can grab the SVG Borders HERE. Enjoy :)

Mini Purse Bag
So I've had quite a few requests recently to see if I could make a little Mini Purse Bag as they've been spotted all over the blogworld/craftworld recently, so I've sat down and had a little play with MTC and have ended up with something that resembles this.
You can grab my file for this SVG HERE If you download and create, please feel free to send me a link to your blog or site, I'd love to see what you create with the file ... Cheers Kris :)

Tri-Shutter Card ...
Hi all, I had reason to create an svg for a Tri-Shutter Card over the weekend so thought I'd share it with you all.
The SVG has 3 layers within it, so when you import it into your program, make sure you separate them into the 3 layers, one is cutting, one is the score lines for folding, the other layer is the individual pieces for cutting the patterned papers to pop into the spaces.
Okay so here is the SVG FILE for the Tri-Shutter Card, enjoy :)

Not a lot happening here right now.....
Am sooooooooo missing my kitty! The Cougar that is!!! She broke down and spat the dummy at me big time and has sadly had to go off to the other side of the Country to hopefully be repaired. I am sooooo lost and beyond bored without my cutter :(

3D Baby's Cot/Crib
A couple of the lovely ladies in our FB Craft Group spied a project the other day that involves the use of a 3 dimensional baby's cot/crib, unfortunately they were unable to get a free cutting pattern anywhere, so I have had a play about today and come up with this little design. My first attempt at 3d type stuff, so don't be too harsh on me.
For the legs, I've just made 4 individual columns that fold up nicely with a little flat tab on top, that if you glue it down to the inside of the column it will give you something to pop some glue on to attach to the base of the cot.
Sorry but that was the best I could come up with at a moments notice, if you have a better idea for the legs...please feel free to leave me a message and I'll see what we can do :))
You can get the free CRIB SVG HERE and it measures a little less than 2inches long, and just under 3 inches in height in total when assembled. When importing the SVG don't forget that there are actually 2 layers within it, one is score layer and the other is the cut layer, just separate the 2.
Enjoy :)

I HEART U - Pop Up Card with Tutorial
Hi all, in answer to a request for help in making a card like this suitable for our cutting machines to tackle, I played around with different things and managed to get a working svg for the design. (My photo is not so perfect as I rushed and tore part of it lol and it isn't even on the backing straight) sorry!!! But yes, if you take the time to do it properly, it will be fine :)
A couple of ladies have asked....how on earth do you get it to cut around the letters like that for popping them out, it's just a matter of a bit of node editing, and drawing in some extra cutting lines, but anyhooo, all the screenshots and info on how I made it are in the Tutorial which you can download in PDF.

This is what the finished cutting file looks like (3 layers) base card, cutting layer, scoring layer, cut your score layer with minimal pressure and a bit slower perhaps on some machines to avoid tearing the cardstock.
You can download the SVG HERE and the TUTORIAL HERE.

Babushka Doll
Love and adore these little Babushka Dolls, they've become so popular and keep seeing them everywhere, I remember seeing similar ones at one of my Nannas' homes when I was growing up and used to amuse myself for ages playing with them, stacking them all up and then pulling them all apart....way up there with the ole Barrel of Monkeys :))
Anyhooo here's what I've come up with today

6x6 Swing Card with Square Centre
Hi all, decided to have a play around with this file last night, a lot of people have been looking for a cutting file to do the basic square version of these awesome swing cards, so decided to spend some time and actually do some measurements (yup me do measurements lol lol) Anyhooo, this when folded up will be a 6x6 inch card (still sounds kinda big to me but hey I'm not a cardmaker) so feel free to resize it obviously to whatever size it suits your purposes.
Included in the download is a JPEG of finished item, SVG, SCUT2, SCUT3 and MTC. Enjoy the file, would love to see any of your amazing creations from you card loving ladies that use these files.

Hexagon Exploding Box Album with Roof lid....
Had a few requests to see if I could make a usable svg pattern for this gorgeous box album as originally (I believe?) seen created by Sarah Youde...you can see her blog/video HERE.
Could not get a decent trace on it, so decided to have a go myself...figuring it's mostly generic shapes and just a few mathematical equations for completing the lid and the rooftop, so it's pretty much similar.
Anyhooo....I hope you fellow crafters get as much delight out of this one as I have done, it's not very often I will even do OTP type scrapbooking, so this is way out off my element. So here is my version of an incredibly cool little album (which I haven't had time to decorate yet).....

Swing Cards....how much fun are these!!!
Well the lovely ladies on the SCAL group on FB have been getting me to work my braincells and got me started on Swing Cards....(I don't even like making Cards usually) but anyhooo, coming up with some creations to share with them all has been fun, so this is what I worked on this morning, and you can find the download link further down which is a zipped folder, includes the finished picture, svg's, Scut3 and MTC files. Enjoy :)

Anyhooo I had a request to "compress" my multiple file projects to make it easier for downloading, as I am a total PITA and use winrar which a lot of folks don't have???? I think I have managed to compress it without "rar"ing it (if any of that makes sense) so please let me know if you have any issues downloading or unzipping the files and I shall endeavour to remedy it.
Cheers Kris :)

Easter Bunny
Well, what can I say about this poor lil fella, had a debacle whilst making him. Started out as a sitting bunny with big ole long ears (something different I thought) but anyhooo he looked incredibly sad looking...hubby actually said it looked as if someone had a gun up to the poor lil guy's head, demanding all his easter eggs, so that being said....back to the drawing board.
Came up with this slight improvement, changed the eyes, grew some legs and changed the tail as the first one didn't cut very nicely.

You will have to draw the whiskers and the little white dots for his eyes with a gel ink pen or similar (sorry forgot to even put the dots in the picture) so slack today!!!
